With the start of the new year, we would like to announce that the implementation of project activities related to the WP1 has been officially launched! First of the main WP1 objectives is to design a survey about governance & management functioning of the Higher Education Institutions of the consortium partners in order to review the existing management models, particularly related to human resources and financial management. Subsequently, the second main WP1 objective is to make a state-of-the-art analysis (EU/Asia) and a framework report on development of change management and leadership for Mongolia, Vietnam and Cambodia. This report will indicate the components, procedures, regulations and resources necessary to establish a successful model of leadership and management of change and may be used as policy recommendation for every project partner. The report will also help to define or stress where training and formation are needed and will define all terms and concepts involved for Staff Advisory Units as a tool for change management in HE, their relationships and roles.
